DONT FOCUS ON MONEY
DONT FOCUS ON MONEY ! ! !
Isa sa dahilan kung bakit naboburn-out ang isang tao sa Network marketing, kasi kakasali palang nila sa pera na agad sila nakatingen.
DONT FOCUS ON MONEY ! ! !
Focus on Developing your skills like, Prospecting,Inviting,Presentin g,Closing.
i do believe if you focus on these things, the money will follow.
This is not quick rich business, it takes time para kumita ng malaki. so have a long term mindset.
Ang Tanong ko ngayon sayo , Sa pera ka ba agad nakatingen ? or
are you developing your skills ?

21 STEPS FOR BECOMING FOR AN MLM LEADER
If you want to become an MLM Leader, I am going to show you exactly how to become one in this article. There are little things you can do starting today, from wherever you are, to set yourself on the path. Enjoy these 21 steps and go toward your MLM Success!
What is an actual MLM Leader?
It may not be what you think. In my opinion, here is the definition of an MLM Leader. They are someone who creates leaders, not followers. They are someone who strives to get their teammates up on stage. They are someone willing to give credit to others if it helps them in accomplishing their goals of getting teammates transformed into leaders. They only define themselves by the performance of their team, not their own performance as they know that is short lived and is NOT the true essence of the network marketing industry. An MLM Leader, with intense focus over a period of 18-36 months, should have the ability to create a lifelong residual income because they have created enough leaders to sustain it. An MLM Leader may NOT be considered a guru, superstar or hotshot but known as a great teacher, trainer and coach.THE 21 steps to becoming an MLM Leader
1. Have a huge vision. This SHOULD be created within 48 hours of joining a company if not sooner. A good MLM leader upline will help you with this process. For my personal video on this process, See The Visioning Process of Young Millionaires
2. Embrace the fact that product knowledge has nothing to do with performance and also teach this to your team.
3. Embrace the fact that compensation plan knowledge has nothing to do with performance and also teach this to your team.
4. Set a daily routine that you COMMIT to that has the inability to fail. Then, create a similar routine for your team, divert it into two versions, one for part time and one for fulltime teammates. To see my suggestions you can visit these two posts: Changing your daily routine and MLM Routine
5. Create a simple step by step training page for your teammates and their teammates to get started with when they join your MLM. My team training is located at Numis Training Page
6. Don’t sabotage yourself by being stressed out if people do not meet your expectations. This is a killer of many a would be MLM Leader. When some on their team do not have success, they start to link enrolling people with being stressed, know that not everyone will be as hungry as others for their success as you are for them and do your best.
7. Until you have a team, dedicate and commit to hitting your prospecting numbers or none of the rest of the steps matter. When I first joined my primary company I had a goal to have 20 people tell me No each day for the first 6 months. If you set a “no” goal, you will get some yes’s.
8. Never forget the immortal words of Eric Worre – “It’s not about what works, it’s about what duplicates”. “What works” is a constant tormentor of talented marketers, especially online marketers. Good online marketers have the ability to generate temporary money at will but usually cannot transfer this skill nor do this within a network marketing company and create duplication. Know that network marketing is NOT get rich quick.
9. Don’t ask for favors. Create ways for you to create value for leaders in your industry. The best article that I could not write any better comes from my friend Ferny – Create Value Instead of asking for Favors. Daily get requests to “Like” someone’s fan page, give them a testimonial, review their website or whatever. Start to be someone that leaders WANT to do these things versus just ask for favors. Read the article for more on this.
10. Stop leading with your product. Even if it made you lose 400 pounds, grew back a limb or gives you 500 miles to the gallon in your hummer. Products, no matter how good they are, carry a very low attraction and vibration and virtually zero loyalty or retention. Sense of community, leadership and training are much more powerful things to lead with and DO create retention and loyalty. Lately it seems people have forgotten this basic principle of attraction marketing. For more help with this, see my article – Should You Lead with the product?
11. Spend time asking questions of those who have the MLM Leadership you desire. Be respectful of their time and don’t attempt to sound smarter than them by challenging what they say to you. You would be shocked how often I get this.
12. Regardless of what stage you are in, schedule learning time every single day. The top MLM Leaders do.
13. Do not pitch your team another MLM, even if it is a tool. Here’s why, the weaker reps will, instead of attempting to get better at your main company, will go to where it is easier and then, because they went there out of weakness, will eventually fail at that as well. “Do not wish for things to be easier, wish for you to be better” – Jim Rohn
14. Get better at speaking and presenting. A good book to help is Tony Jeary’s How to inspire any audience
15. When you go through a slump, which, will happen, understand that it is a direct correlation to how much value you are putting into the marketplace and how many people you are talking to.
16. What you lack in skill, make up for in numbers. When you begin or before you have been properly trained, there is a good chance you will be terrible at recruiting.
17. Bring your sleeping bag to the house of your leaders. Be willing to roll up your sleeves with the leaders that emerge from your team. Visit their city, mail them stuff and be willing to be unreasonable to help them reach their goals and then teach them that same principle.
18. Don’t do anything you would NOT want your team to duplicate or attempt to duplicate.
19. Share what is actually working and never have a lack mentality. I know many people classified as an MLM Leader that teach one thing but secretly do other things that are completely different…and they wonder why they don’t have duplication.
20. Don’t get too tied up with technology, this is a people business, not a technology industry. The amount of “B-Roll” in your videos has very little to do with your success in the MLM industry. How you connect with and work with people is infinitely more crucial than how great you and your marketing materials look.
21. Purposely life the lifestyle. I am an admitted workaholic but I do strive to have great experiences and have fun and I do make sure to catalog these experiences. Someone invited me to a seminar on 11/11/11 and I realized that I could not make it as I will be on my honeymoon…in Fiji, at the Tony Robbins resort. I almost cried when I thought about it. From personal foreclosure to Fiji in less than 2 years…God, I love this industry =)

THE POWER OF GREAT LEADERS
1. They surround themselves with smart people.
The success of a great leader is not an accident--and most would agree it’s not a testament to their ability alone. They consistently surround themselves with a strong base of talent. They also recognize there are too many moving parts to control singlehandedly, so they put their focus on what they do best and delegate appropriately. Most importantly, they delegate to those that have their specific interests at heart.
2. They demand accountability.
Respected leaders ask questions that typically relate to determining accountability at the outset. They don’t play Monday morning quarterback: Rather, they ask the tough questions up front, scope out both the upside and the risks; and then make a decision with two points in mind:
Who is responsible for overseeing it?
What are the metrics of success or failure?
And of course they hold those accountable who accepted the responsibility.
3. They understand the power of thank you.
True leaders understand that a simple thank you goes a very long way, regardless of your title. Successful companies aren’t successful by accident. They typically demand long hours and ultimately retain talent by keeping people inspired by an emotional connection. Great leaders know how to sustain that--because there is nothing more deflating than busting your hump, putting all of your passion into something, and ultimately feeling unappreciated.
4. They truly inspire others.
Motivating leaders believe wholeheartedly in their offering, regardless of challenges that arise. While at times their passion can be viewed as delusional, they recognize the basic point: A team needs the vision and confidence of a great leader. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sat in meetings and watched the room shift from a state of depression to a mood of optimism in less than 15 minutes, thanks to a positive leader.
5. They are engaged in their surroundings.
Great leaders value their time and that of others, to everyone's benefit. They expect structure to meetings, substance to discussions, and aim to stay on schedule. In exchange, you get their complete attention. They are present and engaged--no mobile phones in hand during a conversation.
6. They seek out positive energy.
Passionate leaders are inherently optimistic: They truly believe anything is possible and want to be surrounded with people that keep them inspired. Their frustration is most likely to be on display when there is either a roadblock--policy or people--or a wave of negativity. They have no time for pessimism; failure is not an acceptable answer.
7 HABITS OF HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL NETWORKERS
The Seven Habits of Highly Successful Networkers
All business people are networkers whether they realize it or not. Some are more effective than others and enjoy it more than others. Anyone can master the art of networking with a bit of effort and a little magic.
Think about it. Every time you meet someone, you are networking. Every time you greet someone, you are networking. Every time you pick up the phone, you are networking. Every time you send an e-mail, you are networking. Every time you engage someone in conversation, you are networking. Every time you write a note (yes, some people still write notes), you are networking.
You don’t have to attend a community function, an after hours reception, a fundraising event or an educational conference to network. Unless you are like Robinson Crusoe or Tom Hanks stranded on a desert island, you are constantly networking.
Some people do it with deliberation and others wander aimlessly through the process. The most successful business people are the ones who do it with purpose. The result of intentional networking is greater profits and increased business.
If you want to become a more effective at connecting with people, consider these seven habits of highly effective networkers:
Habit #1 Knowing what networking is.
You can’t be successful at networking if you don’t understand what it is. Surprisingly, many people have the wrong idea about it. Before you can begin, you should have a clear idea of what networking is not.
Networking is not about being pushy or aggressive. It is not selfish and one-sided. It is not about who can collect the most business cards or who can shake the most hands. It is not about job-hunting or attracting more people to become your customers. It is not about how many “friends” you have on Facebook or how many connections you have on LinkedIn.
Networking is about who you know. The more people you know and the greater the diversity there is in your contact base, the more successful you will be
Networking is about who knows what you need to know. Effective networkers have relationships with people who have the expertise and experience to help them achieve their goals.
Networking is about what you know. What is your expertise and your unique skill? If you are not clear on what you have to offer or what it is you do, neither will anyone else.
Most importantly, networking is about making sure that others know that you know what you know. How visible are you and how many people know what your area of expertise is? When people know that you know what you know, you become the expert and the “to-go-to” person. It is a lot easier to have people come to you than having to chase them down.
As an effective networker, you should create a broad base of people with whom you are connected and your relationship with your network should benefit you and those whom you know.
Habit #2 Developing a networking strategy
Savvy networkers have a strategy. Before they attend any event or engage in any opportunity, they consider the basics of why, what, who and how. Why are they networking? What do they hope to accomplish? Who will they be exposed to? How can they help those whom they will meet and how will the relationships they develop be mutually beneficial?
Habit #3 Finding the right venue
The sheer number of networking opportunities can be overwhelming so smart networkers choose their venues. They do so based on any number of factors. Date, time and place are just three to consider. If you are not a morning person, breakfast groups may not be your thing. If you don’t like mixing and mingling at cocktail parties, find another event. It is more productive to seek organizations with activities you enjoy at a time of day that works for you. Keep in mind that all networking does not have to be work-related. You can make valuable connections with like-minded people anywhere.
Habit #4 Preparing for and working events
Once the decision has been made to attend an event or join an organization, the clever networkers do their home work. If there is an event to attend, why is it being held? Who will be there? What will people most likely want to talk about? What is the attire? Showing up in inappropriate attire can make a person stand out from the crowd for all the wrong reasons.
Habit #5 Mastering the art of conversation
Showing up at events is a waste of time if you can’t make small talk with people once you arrive. To avoid finding yourself at a loss for words, prepare at least three topics that you can talk about when no one knows what to say. Keep in mind that 80% of conversation is listening and 20% is talking. Have open-ended questions ready to get others to talk to you and pay attention to the answers so you can keep the conversation moving.
Habit #6 Following up and following through
Follow up turns people you have met into people you know. Think of ways to stay connected. Some of those ways are as simple as writing a note, sending people information that relates to their expertise or interests, inviting them to join you for a cup of coffee or possibly meet you for lunch. If your parting words were “Let’s get together sometime,” do it. The Golden Rule of networking is to do what you say you will. If you don’t, you have wasted an opportunity and will forever be remembered as insincere.
Habit #7 Practicing exceptional business etiquette skills from start to finish
If nothing else, effective networkers practice good manners. That’s the magic of networking. Successful networkers make others feel valued by focusing attention on them. They listen and respond to what is being said. They don’t look over the other person’s shoulder to see whom they can talk to next. They put people at ease with their etiquette skills by making introductions and including others in the conversation. When the time comes to move on, the polite networker has graceful exit lines already prepared. A good closure is, “I have enjoyed our conversation. I hate to end it but I feel that I have monopolized your time. I know that there are other people here whom you’d like to talk to.”
By exhibiting the best in business etiquette skills, the effective networker is a person that others will seek out in the future whether it is for information, help with an issue or to offer an opportunity. There has never been any doubt that people want to be in the company of and to do business with people they like. Everyone likes the person who puts them at ease and makes them feel comfortable.
Have you developed the seven habits of a highly effective networker in order to establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with a wide range of people? Have you polished your business etiquette skills so that you are the person whose company others seek? If you haven’t, start now. It’s never too late to hone your people skills, build your network and practice networking magic.

FROM FAILURES TO GREATNESS
A PHOENIX WHO RISES FROM THE ASHES.
If Thomas Edison, after 9,999 failures, threw his hands and gave up, there would be no electricity.
If Howard Schultz gave up after being turned down by banks 242 times, there would be no Starbucks.
If Walt Disney quit too soon after its theme park concepts trashed 302 times, there would be no Disneyland.
And if you give up too soon, you'll never know what you'll be missing out in life.
Its never about the race, its all about the RISE.
Its never about the mistake, its all about the LESSON.
Its never about the short-comings, its all about the POTENTIAL.
Its never about the problem, its all about the SOLUTION.
Its never about the past, its all about the FUTURE.
Its never about doubt, its all about FAITH.
Its never about fear, its all about BELIEF.

PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL WAYS TO EARN WEALTH
I. WHY MEN SHOULD WORK HERE ON EARTH? WHY GOD ALLOWED IT?
Genesis 3:17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;
Genesis 3:18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
Genesis 3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.
THERE ARE PHYSICAL WAYS TO EARN WEALTH. BOTH LEGAL AND ILLEGAL.
II. Now What are the legals ways to earn wealth?
A) Proverbs 27:23 Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks, and look well to thy herds.
B) Luke 12:18 And he said, This will I do: I
will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my
fruits and my goods.
C) Luke 3:14 Be content with your wages.
D) 2nd Corinthians 8:15 As it is written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and he that had gathered little had no lack.
What are the illegal ways to earn wealth?
A) GAMBLING AND ROBBERY
Proverbs 1:10 My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.
Proverbs 1:11 If they say, Come with us, let us lay wait for blood, let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause:
Proverbs 1:12 Let us swallow them up alive as the grave; and whole, as those that go down into the pit:
Proverbs 1:13 We shall find all precious substance, we shall fill our houses with spoil:
Proverbs 1:14 Cast in thy lot among us; let us all have one purse:
B) Proverbs 21:6 The getting of treasures by a lying tongue is a vanity tossed to and fro of them that seek death.
C) Jeremiah 5:26 For among my people are found wicked men: they lay wait, as he that setteth snares; they set a trap, they catch men.
Jeremiah 5:27As a cage is full of birds, so are their houses full of deceit: therefore they are become great, and waxen rich.
D) Proverbs 11:1 A false balance is abomination to the LORD:
E) Malachi 3:11 The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us.
F) Acts 19:26 Moreover ye see and hear, that not alone at Ephesus, but almost throughout all Asia, this Paul hath persuaded and turned away much people, saying that they be no gods, which are made with hands:
Acts 19:27 So that not only this our craft is in
danger to be set at nought; but also that the temple of the great
goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence should be destroyed,
whom all Asia and the world worshippeth.
(SELLING GRAVEN IMAGES WHICH IS ABOMINATION TO GOD)
III. WHAT IS THE SPIRITUAL WAY TO EARN WEALTH?
Proverbs 22:4 By humility and the fear of the LORD are riches, and honour, and life.
WHAT ARE THE EXAMPLES OF SPIRITUAL WAYS TO EARN WEALTH?
A) Job 42:10 And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.
B) Proverbs 28:20 A faithful man shall abound with blessings:
C) Proverbs 24:24 He that saith unto the wicked, Thou art righteous; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him:
Proverbs 24:25 But to them that rebuke him shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them.
D) Proverbs 28:27 He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack:
E) 2 Corinthians 9:7 very man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make
all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all
sufficiency in all things, may abound
to every good work:
F) Proverbs 3:9 Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:
Proverbs 3:10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.
G) Proverbs 11:18 To him that soweth righteousness shall be a sure reward.

Other Optional Reality Check
1) Wanting to be an employee instead of being a business man (Call center for example)
Employee requirements: Resume, Picture, Medical Certificate, Clearance
All of these combines cost is more than P 800 plus for the chance to earn what?
P 16, 000/month?? How about possibly up to P 100, 000 plus up to millions??
2) 2 Future Business
Ask for future aspired business how much capital needed (estimate)
Example: P 500, 000 For a Drugstore, Do you think this capital can earn you millions? I think It can.
But for the cheapest membership fee of MY1x1 (P750) Can also earn you millions in the future? So where will you? To P 500, 000 - P 1, 000, 000 or to P 750 that will earn you up to P 23. 3 millions??
3) Princinciple of Business Less Capital-Bigger Profit (Earnings)
P 10, 000 (minimum wage)
Spendings:
1) P 1, 200 (Tax 12%)
2) P 4, 500 (150/Day x 30 days for food)
3) P 3, 000 (100/Day Back and Forth x 30 Days for Transportation)
4) P 300 (Load)
5) P 1, 000 Remaining in your wage - (studied 14 years or more for what? P 10, 000 - 12, 000?)
Toiletries for the month? Rent for apartment? Luxuries in Life?
Php25,000 Luxury of Life lifestyle (ideal na kita sa isang araw)
1) Hotel - P 8, 000 (Resort's World)
2) Food - P 2, 000 (Choose your restaurant 3 times a day)

Reality of Life that is why you need to do some networking
